I learned a lot about my muscles and fascia and connective tissue and why I was having issues. Most importantly, I learned how I could fix many of them myself. If you are in PAIN make an appointment with Carl. He is absolutely above & beyond any therapist I have ever been to. Carl is interested in making YOU feel better, explaining things as he goes and shows you how to keep yourself in better shape. Carl will spend time with you. He is so knowledgeable. I have only been twice and see such a difference in my pain levels. It's unbelievable. I highly recommend Carl for pain relief. He has done wonders for me already. Carl is a breath of fresh air! I went into my appointment so tense and frustrated with my pain. I left the appointment laughing and being thankful that I found him! He spent a lot of time listening to my issues. He spent just as much time, if not more, explaining why I have those issues. His number one concern seemed to to be teaching me to take care of myself.
